偶像剧看多了的人很可能会产生一种幻觉，觉得自己很另类，举手投足间哪哪儿都跟别人不一样。而且还会有一点强迫症，认为自己如果不能像某个主人公那样活着就一点都没必要活着了。电影《余生的第一天》却把我们这些让爹妈不省心的熊孩子们自认为的与众不同一笔带过，不动声色，像一本流水帐。看吧，大家都是这么过来的，除了给家里人带来麻烦，给社会带来不安定因素，就没什么值得一提的了。好也好不过初吻、热恋和性高潮，坏也坏不过分手、出走和寻短见，没什么创意。
反倒是片中父亲角色深深的触动了我，他像极了两千公里以外我的父亲。我们的父辈，当他们还是个少年的时候就被一顿棍棒赶出家门，任你背扛肩挑或是耍滑头使诈，你得开始养家了！当他们遍尝世间苦楚，把儿女拉扯成人，准备享清福的时光，却发现这帮小王八蛋根本就长不大，肩膀软的像块豆沙糕，什么都扛不住。他们善良、隐忍、充满智慧，他们是男人，而我们像一群没用的娘娘腔。那句老话怎么说的，“上有老，下有小”，80后，90后，00后们真没资格说这句话。
回到电影，片中父亲与儿子讨论谁是最牛逼的吉他手那段情节让我充满向往，我激动的跟龟桑说：“20年后我可能也会对儿子说，扔掉你手里的狗屎，听听Lynyrd Skynyrd的Free Bird吧，琴都快被他弹化了。”龟桑说：“你不是不打算有孩子么？”我说：“是啊，可现在看来值得一试。”
这不是什么海枯石烂的爱情故事，也不是什么生离死别的催泪武器，这是家庭生活，它戴着阴阳脸面具，一手拿着棒棒糖面带微笑，一手拿着匕首面露凶残。
